Hosiery items are regarded as personal / intimate items and are generally not eligible for return due to hygiene concerns, as once tried on or worn, it’s difficult to verify if they are in a sanitary condition for resale to another customer; hence we will not accept returns of such items unless they are demonstrably faulty or defective from the manufacturing process. If the items are demonstrably faulty or defective, we have a 4-days return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You are required to email us at [email protected] with your order ID as subject and clear pictures demonstrating the fault or defect in the item. Unboxing video and the defect shown in the same video is mandatory. On verifying the details provided by you to our satisfaction that there is genuine manufacturing defect(s), we shall initiate the return process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will ship another similar new item. In case we are unable to provide acementof the defective item due to unavailability of stock or any other reason, we shall inform you the same through phone call / email and shall initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
